WOW - If you want a dedicated and thorough realtor, Bill Miller is your person. I have made multiple moves in my life and never experienced anything like Bill. If you have a concern - Bill will handle. If you have a question - Bill will get an answer. If you need assistance, i.e., inspection, handyman, cleaner ask Bill. He is there from beginning to end and beyond. Not only did he sell our home , he assisted in our relocation. We left some items during our relocation and, again, Bill was there to assist. Bill is top notch. His knowledge of Saint Augustine is second to none. If you're looking for an honest, knowledgeable realtor that knows how to get things done, Bill is your guy. Would recommend him to everyone.

Bill Miller did an outstanding job helping me to both sell my home and purchase a new home. He immensely-relieved the stress of these transactions. He made all of this seem easy although I know it is not. I am very thankful for all of his help.

Bill was easy to work with and on top of every detail. He helped set us up with an estate agent and took care of junk removal (the house was my mother’s before she passed away). His extensive network of connections helped us sell our house very quickly too. I would totally recommend him! His expertise and experience made our sale go very smoothly.
